Welcome to Magic Moments for Autistic Kids

Founded in 2002, we are a registered charity set up to help kids on the autistic spectrum and their families. We raise funds so we can turn their dreams into reality, and give them the help and support they need, as well as give help and support to their families. Winners of the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2009, we are located on Market Hill, Scunthorpe. Why not come and visit our wonderful café for a bite to eat or peruse our well stocked charity shop? Your support would be greatly appreciated.

What is Autism?

Autism is a complex, lifelong developmental disability that typically appears during early childhood and can impact a person’s social skills, communication, relationships and self-regulation.

What is MM4AK?

Founded in 2002 by Chairperson Pat Ebbs, we are a registered charity set up to help kids on the autistic spectrum. We raise funds so we can turn their dreams into reality, and give them the help and support they need, as well as give help and support to their families. With the money raised by our fantastic members and generous supporters throughout the year, we strive to provide “Magic Moments“ for the children, whilst also helping to improve their self esteem. Ultimately, our dream is to inject some much needed sunshine into the very limited world of an autistic child.
